Enquiries sent through the website form are processed by our website host, Netlify, which delivers them to our email. Your information is stored in our business email and may be processed by our email provider. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and any resulting relationship, and delete information we no longer need.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. To do so, email info@varopartnerships.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
